Help Your Star Players to Become a Star Team
Workshop: Silos Aren’t for People
It’s a familiar story: top performers on a team are working hard, but they aren’t integrating their efforts. They don’t communicate, share resources, or feel accountable for anything outside their direct areas of work. Each team member meeting their own goal doesn’t help the team meet shared goals, innovate, or find joint solutions. This course outlines ways to ensure that your team works as a team instead of a handful of talented individuals.
