Susan Shirley, Principal Leadership Adviser

Susan Shirley founded Global View Leadership to ensure that cultural differences are never what keeps someone from success. Susan helps organizations maximize results for expatriate employees working abroad and capitalize on local resources in each country. By helping individuals improve their emotional and cultural intelligence to be more effective leaders and supporting cohesive teams through workshops and team activities to improve internal and external communication, Susan increases the effectiveness of multicultural teams.

With an MBA in international business, Susan has lived and worked abroad for 25 years, and has provided training and teambuilding workshops to support organizations in 22 countries. She began her career in project management in Egypt and focused on professional development when she learned that her passion was in training and supporting others.
