Susan Shirley founded Global View Leadership with a simple conviction: cultural differences should never be the barrier that keeps someone from succeeding. She works with leaders and teams around the world to strengthen cross‑cultural communication, build cohesive team cultures, and ensure that expatriate employees and local staff thrive together.
With an MBA in international business, Susan has lived and worked abroad for 30 years, and has provided coaching, training, and teambuilding workshops to support organizations in 30 countries. She began her career in project management in Egypt before discovering her passion for developing people and helping teams work more effectively. Today, she partners with leaders and multicultural teams to increase alignment, deepen understanding, and create the conditions for meaningful, sustainable performance.
